I scheduled an appointment on line on a Wednesday morning after my basement flooded. The manager of the showroom came out that afternoon. Buddy's had a big selection of ceramic tile and carpet in stock. The basement was back to normal in 4 days. The installers showed up on time and the were clean cut & polite. The manager called me after the install to make sure I was happy. I may have been able to get the carpet and tile a little cheaper somewhere else but the service was fast and they were on top of all the paperwork with my insurance company.
