I wanted to take a moment to let you know that recently my husband and I entered a Buddy carpet store on Cox Lane. We are in the process of selling our home and we needed carpeting and tiles installed quickly. To make the long story short, Jeremy Coons was a great help in guiding us and providing us with outstanding customer service. Not only was he polite, courteous and professional but he made this whole process stress free. For as many times that we changed our minds on what flooring we wanted, he never complained and made sure that we were satisfied and received the best price. We had 3 days before our open house and he managed to have the carpet installed before then. You should be very proud to have such an efficient and reliable employee working for your company.Thank you for taking the time to read this. As you may know, it's not easy getting quality service these days and it's refreshing to know that Jeremy still holds the standards high.
