Don't be fooled by the goofy looking sign of the cow's head that hangs on the front of the building. There is nothing goofy about this dining experience. The atmosphere is quaint. The lighting is perfect for a romantic evening. The service is always great and the food has always been exactly the way I ordered it or they are quick to take it back and correct anything that is not to the customer's liking. Besides steaks, they offer pasta dishes, hot sandwiches, chicken dishes, entrée salads and salmon entrées. Their Buckley Buds and Creamed Spinach, made from "family recipes" are the perfect accompaniment to the steaks. Every time we eat at Buckley's, my husband always makes the comment that Buckley's steaks are as good if not better than any other fine dining restaurant that we have been to in Memphis. The prices are also very reasonable and you leave feeling like you got "More steak for your Buck(ley's).
