They don't deserve any stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sold me $15,000 worth of new heating and cooling systems in 2014 and are never available for service. Tried to schedule and will take four days in 90+ heat. Ask for a manager, they don't work weekends. Ask for supervisor, none available. I can talk to someone in on call that is not even located here. Did I mention I have a 90+ grandmother and two special needs animals here, they don't care! Did I mention products under warranty, still won't provide service.
I would burn up forever before calling them again. If you are looking for a company that wants your business, RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM BROTHERS. They don't care,
