Selvin from Brothers Air & Heat was very professional. He explained the various options in detail with cons and pros. He did excellent job to install new water heater. I am extremely happy with project. I would certainly recommend Brothers Air & Heat and Selvin to my friends. more

Elliot Feliciano 7/22/2016

Elliot came out to troubleshoot my A/C that wasn't cooling as expected. The system is about 2 years old and the indoor coil had been replaced a little over a month ago, as well. The coil replacement and Elliot's visit were at no cost and even though Brothers would not be making a penny off me, Elliot was extremely thorough and informative. He stayed until 10 Pm trying to solve the mysterious coolant leak when he had to be up very early the very next morning. I greatly appreciate the effort and patience he had. He even took the extra time to speak with me about air scrubbers, and safety features that could be installed to my system to prevent water damage. Thank you very much, Elliot! You're an asset to Brothers. more

Plumbing response review. 6/24/2016

Brothers Plumbing was immediately responsive. Our plumber : SELVIN SYULEYMANOU is an excellent plumber and superb individual. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our positive experience with him led us to purchase more services and equipment from Brothers. We would work with Selvin anytime.,We will continue to use Brothers for all our plumbing and hot water needs as we have purchased a tankless hot water heater and other equipment from Brothers with his assistance. Brothers Air and Heat Rock HIll, SC 6/4/2016

They don't deserve any stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sold me $15,000 worth of new heating and cooling systems in 2014 and are never available for service. Tried to schedule and will take four days in 90+ heat. Ask for a manager, they don't work weekends. Ask for supervisor, none available. I can talk to someone in on call that is not even located here. Did I mention I have a 90+ grandmother and two special needs animals here, they don't care! Did I mention products under warranty, still won't provide service. I would burn up forever before calling them again. If you are looking for a company that wants your business, RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM BROTHERS. They don't care, more

Great Customer Service Domonick 4/30/2016

While Domonick arrived late due to an existing repair, he was courteous when arriving and apologized for the delay. I understand and was very pleased with his service. He reviewed everything he looked at for the air conditioner including the unit outside, he also took the time to place the filters in the ceiling vents. This is greatly appreciated as I cannot climb on my latter on top of the coffee table anymore. He explained about upgrades and to contact him with any questions. I was pleased with his service and appreciated his honesty, customer service skills, and performance. Thank you. more

Great and Courteous Service - Everton M 4/30/2016

Everton arrived timely and was very courteous. He completed a maintenance check of my hot water tank and both of my toilets. He was very good in explaining about the toilet tank items and was honest. He demonstrated the issue with the one which I was already concerned about. He ordered the part and setup to come back to place the part in. Even though he postponed until the following Saturday morning due to a current repair he was completing, he apologized and was very courteous when completing. I would recommend Everton for the honesty and courteous customer service skills and his timely repair. Thank you. more

Had no air at the house.. called brothers heat and air out.. they were quick and very nice.. Jason Stillwell was my repair tech and did a awesome job!. From the moment he arrived I could tell he was a good guy!.. pretty much new what the problem was from the start and had us up and running in no time!.. thanks Jason! more

Key on Dobbs 11/25/2015

Keymon came to our home to perform a maintenance service on our heating system. He was very personable yet very knowledgable. He installed one filter for us and found the size of the second filter was not correct. He will return on Friday with the correct size filter. Keymon was very respectful and we enjoyed sharing conversation with him. We would highly recommend him as a service pro. more
