Everton arrived timely and was very courteous. He completed a maintenance check of my hot water tank and both of my toilets. He was very good in explaining about the toilet tank items and was honest. He demonstrated the issue with the one which I was already concerned about. He ordered the part and setup to come back to place the part in. Even though he postponed until the following Saturday morning due to a current repair he was completing, he apologized and was very courteous when completing. I would recommend Everton for the honesty and courteous customer service skills and his timely repair. Thank you.
