While Domonick arrived late due to an existing repair, he was courteous when arriving and apologized for the delay. I understand and was very pleased with his service. He reviewed everything he looked at for the air conditioner including the unit outside, he also took the time to place the filters in the ceiling vents. This is greatly appreciated as I cannot climb on my latter on top of the coffee table anymore. He explained about upgrades and to contact him with any questions. I was pleased with his service and appreciated his honesty, customer service skills, and performance. Thank you.
