Elliot came out to troubleshoot my A/C that wasn't cooling as expected. The system is about 2 years old and the indoor coil had been replaced a little over a month ago, as well. The coil replacement and Elliot's visit were at no cost and even though Brothers would not be making a penny off me, Elliot was extremely thorough and informative. He stayed until 10 Pm trying to solve the mysterious coolant leak when he had to be up very early the very next morning. I greatly appreciate the effort and patience he had. He even took the extra time to speak with me about air scrubbers, and safety features that could be installed to my system to prevent water damage. Thank you very much, Elliot!
