as I came to visit my friend who has health issue, I have noticed that he has been complaining about the apartment and really I think that they are too cheap because they cannot fix everything. Thankfully he is not there anymore because of everything that went wrong. He even showed them the doctors note and guess what legally they are supposed to honor the note and they did not and they told him this, "We cannot honor this becauxe the doctor has to come out to the property and inspect the apartment" it came from the property manager! Really, guys come on you call yourself landlord??? YUCKY! more

This place is terrible 4/30/2015

We have lived here almost a year. Maintenace is a joke. It took over three months to get a water leak fixed. Nothing else is fixed. If you go up and tell them they will lie and say they haven't been told. Everything has to be done by email, but they do not respond to that either. The Mexican maintenance will say they no speak English, but when they walk away they are talking English on their phone. If you want bedbugs, roaches, and noise then this is the place for you. Trash is everywhere. They are only after money. This is a renter beware place. If there were negative stars I would have given then that. The like to call people liers. more

Bristol Park!! 10/12/2011

Like everything becoming better it takes time but the new owners have really stepped it up, from the propety looking much cleaner, to much better cutomer care service from the ladies in the front office, to better maintenance responces! Bristol Park Apartments has been in the hands of a new owner for about a year now! ASlowly but surely Bristol has been getting better and better at everything they're doing! From better tenants, to more cleanlyness, to exellent customer care from the ladies in the front office, to more efficient responds from maintenance! Sencirly Bristol Park is much, much, much better today than a year ago! thanks! more

Bristol Park 10/26/2005

I wouldn't recommend this place at all We lived there for a short time due to their location and were terribly unimpressed. The apartments are tiny and not very well maintained. Our neighbors were not of the law abiding type and the place just looked terrible. We made the mistage of thinking it would be a good place and made a terrible error in judgment. Avoid if you can. more
