We have lived here almost a year. Maintenace is a joke. It took over three months to get a water leak fixed. Nothing else is fixed. If you go up and tell them they will lie and say they haven't been told. Everything has to be done by email, but they do not respond to that either. The Mexican maintenance will say they no speak English, but when they walk away they are talking English on their phone. If you want bedbugs, roaches, and noise then this is the place for you. Trash is everywhere. They are only after money. This is a renter beware place. If there were negative stars I would have given then that. The like to call people liers.
