We've used Brighton twice over the last 8 years for awnings. Both times they were prompt and the awnings were delivered and installed before the date originally quoted. I can't speak for windows or doors, but for awnings they are very prompt and competitively priced. more

Recently we decided to update our home with new windows, vinyl siding and storm doors. Based upon a recommendation of a friend we contacted Brighton. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. The sales rep was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous, and he came with a wide array of samples from which to choose. The installation, which included custom sized windows, was completed when promised. The installers were a pleasure to deal with, and clean-up at the end of each day was meticulous. They even were able to accommodate some unplanned changes during installation without any problems. We are planning to replace another door in the spring, and I plan on calling Brighton again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service. more

I had a wonderful experience with Brighton from the start. A representative/salesman came to my house for a free estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered several prime windows and a door and the installation team was responsive and quick. I would recommend Brighton to anyone - a pleasure! more

I ordered three storm windows from this horrible company. after 5 months and winter being over, I asked for a discount on the windows. one of the owners started yelling at me and insulting me. This is the same owner who kept lying to me saying they were done, but they needed to be shipped. a month later, he blamed it on the manufacturer. he said they have to make the windows to fit in the frames. this was going to be another couple months. The owner was very disrespectful to me after all of this. do yourself a favor, never call these people more

I was looking to have interior storm doors for my home and I was puzzled at where to go that would also install the doors. Well, when I called Brighton they sent their man over and he recommended the type of door and gave me an installation price as well. Because I had an older home the doors had to be made custom and they job they did was exceptional! Highly recommended. more
