Tried this place out for the first time because it is close to my work and I wanted to see if it would make a good occasional lunch spot. Ye gods. I ordered a grilled turkey sandwich, which was decent, though nothing too special, and somewhat overpriced, but the real problem was that it took them 20 minutes to prepare it. Mind you, they've got one food preparer from what I could tell, but the shop wasn't THAT busy and when someone far behind me in the line had questions about the ingredients in the bread, the guy making sandwiches stopped entirely to come out and talk to them rather than having someone else take care of it.
If you've got nowhere to be for a while, this place might be worth checking out, but anybody without full hour for lunch should avoid it like the plague.
Cons: Ridiculously slow service
