We accidentally stumbled into this new place through the back door and were pleasantly surprised. The decor is a classy, modern deli with great ambiance and their large selection of wine lining the walls. The sommelier, a self-described ""recovering actor,"" was personable and very knowledgable. He recommended a wine that was not on the list, since my husband and I each wanted a glass. (They'll open any bottle as long as two glasses are ordered- they then list it on a chalk board and anyone can order a glass until it's gone.) We loved the wine and got a good selection of cheese to go with it. Our only complaint was that that guy was being run ragged and could not keep up- they are understaffed and it's only going to get worse. The place was hopping by the time we left and it's only been open a couple of weeks. Once it catches on, it's going to be packed.
Pros: good food and wine, great ambiance, fun and social
Cons: not enough skilled staff for an already popular place
