NOT KOTOSKE! \r \r HEY, its easy to pay to be a talk show ""star"" on the Sonoran Living!\r \r KOTOSKE, is more about himself than his patients! He is an egomaniac who even on his shows online is inappropriate with his patients! He will sweet talk you during your consult and tell you how beautiful you are that you just need minor changes! \r HE DISTROYED MY FACE! He tried for months to make good and then fobbed me off to his office staff! I am getting ready to file suit because of how he destroyed my face! And as SS said on her yelp comment, his time management is appalling! He is inconsiderate of others time, leaving new patients waiting for over an hour and I waited 2 hours for my surgery! He is so busy managing his own appearance he is not concerned whether you stay or leave! I am shocked he does not have more complaints filed against him! If you want to be beautiful, go somewhere else! Ask him if he has ever messed up, he lies and says no, contact me through yelp and I will give you the photos to prove it!! \r \r NO TO KOTOSKE! \r \r NOT KOTOSKE! more

I did my homework looking for the right doctor. I selected Dr. Kotoske because he appeared to be the best for the mini (quick life). It was a pleasant surprise that his fees were also very reasonable. After the work was completed, I am glad that I picked the right doctor. What a wonderful job. I look refreshed. Dr. K and the office staff always go above and beyond. For example, I received a free complimentary facial with my first procedure and a complimentary makeup session with my second procedure. I have been considering a breast augmentation since the birth of my four children. Upon the very first consultation, I was put at ease. The staff was very friendly and comforting. Throughout the consultation and subsequent visits, including surgery day, I felt I was well informed and confident I had found the best. I was a little bit nervous about how painful my procedure would be (breast augmentation and liposuction), but he assured me that I would be surprised about the minimum level of pain that I would have. Dr. Kotoske and staff were great to work with, especially since I live 2,000 miles away in Chicago:) It was well worth traveling to have my surgery performed by him. My results are perfect and even the other RNs + MDs at the hospital I work at agree with me. Will be coming back to him for other cosmetic surgery at a later date, Highly recommend =)\r more
