Good improvements 2/10/2012

In the past I had to call and make an appointment to get my oil changed. It was sometimes two or three days out. I complained about this several times. On my last visit... I see that you have initiated anew procedure where I can bring my vehicle in at anytime Mon thru Sat working hours and it will be serviced promptly. I also like the chart you use to identify all of the systems checked or serviced. Good improvement...much more customer oriented. more

Fantastic job 11/10/2011

I really liked the sheet with the explanation of which parts of the car were fixed... looked at and evaluated. I don`t know if you can do this... but if you could keep a record like that online that`s password accessible... with maintenance/repairs schedule and history... it`d be a pretty cool thing to have! Still... I thought the service experience was fantastic. Good job! more

Impeccable 10/12/2011

This was my first experience with Bob Howard Dodge... Chrysler & Jeep... and I must say that the service was impeccable. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly... and I have no suggestions for improvement. Chris has a great crew... and if all my future experiences are like the one I had last week... then I believe I will have a very long and fruitful relationship with Bob Howard Dodge... Chrysler... & Jeep. Thanks again for the great service! more
