My experience was awesome. The person that checked my husband in even helped him install the carseat. Also, my vehicle was cleaned and washed when I picked it up, which it needed, because it was filthy. I`m always very impressed with the customer service that we receive at Bob Howard. more

I would like to especially thank Rieko for an outstanding job.Even after I had signed all the paper work Rieko stayed on the job. He called me after we had taken possesion of the Dodge and informed me that he had found me an even lower rate of intrest with lower payments. I have to say that my overall service experience was phenominal. The courtesy that was extended to me was something that I have never experienced from a dealership service center. I hope I don`t any further major repairs to this vehicle... but if I do I will not hesitate to bring it back to Bob Howard Buick GMC. Thanks for all you did. more

Crooked Customer Service Department 1/21/2012

My wife took her '05 Pacifica in for an oil change. They performed a "free inspection" finding that her front brakes were in serious need of immediate replacement. She was informed that if not done her rotors would be ruined costing us much more in the long run. Unfortunately for them I know how to get this done myself and when I removed the front wheels her brakes were brand new like they were replaced when the car was traded in before we bought it. I would have complained to management, but I'm sure that's where the directive to rip customers off came from in the first place. This place is crooked. A total rip off. more

I was expecting a short stay for the seat belt fix but i was at the dealership quite a while as the service mgr did not realize I had a convertible and the fix would take longer. But i am pleased that the seat belt now functions properly more

I CAN NOT THINK OF WOULD IMPROVE THE SERVICE--HAD AN APPOINTMENT. SERVICE TECH WAS WAITING WHEN I DROVE IN DISCUSSED SERVICE AND WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN WITH MAINTENANCE----ABOUT TWO HOURS LATER I WAS OUT OF THERE.... GOOD TECH GOOD SERVICE AND GOOD DEALERSHIP! more
