My floor drain in the basement was backing up when I did laundry. I called Bob Hamilton because of their ad in the yellow pages. Paul S came on time, followed all the amenitites of floor mat, booties, tarps, etc and went right to work. He diagnosed that it was a main drain problem, and I thought it might be too...tree roots invading the pipe about 100 feet out from the house. He finished the job within what seemed like minutes. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and couldn't have provided better service! I was delighted to find out I could request him if I need a plumber in the future.
