They came out to my house and estimated work time was 3 hours and a $315 bill. When it only took 45 minutes to fix the problem, the plumber for Bob Hamilton still wanted $315. I paid, and called the office to complain. After 6 phone calls, the "manager wasn't in", and none of my phone calls were ever returned. A ripoff company, don't do business with them.
