Bloomtastic did the wedding flowers for my husband and I. They did an amazing job putting the bouquets together and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! They were so helpful in out planning process, answering any questions I had promptly and giving some great advice! I would without a doubt recommend them for any wedding! Pros: The flowers were beautiful and they were so helpful! Cons: none!! more

You're taking a chance with Bloomtastic - Seven days before my wedding this would have been a 5-star review. Heather and the rest of the staff were very helpful and seemed accommodating BEFORE I made my final payment. Once my final payment was made, however, Heather was rude and very difficult to work with. E-mail became Heather's sole choice of communication when I had concerns to discuss with her the week of the wedding. Not only was this less convenient and impersonal, but her e-mails were condescending and hostile. I cannot recommend Bloomtastic Floirst because of their poor customer service, particularly when I needed their support the most. Cons: not customer friendly more

I was so happy with my flowers. They were better than I had pictured. My bouquet was prefect. All the flowers looked great on the wedding party. Everything was perfect! Pros: excatly what I wanted more

I was receommended to bloomtastic by a friend and couldn't be happier! I don't know what this other posters problem was, I never had any issues getting returned calls or emails. Actually, when I filled out the request form online I had a email back an hour later and was highly impressed. My wedding flowers arrived in great shape and stayed that way through Sunday so no complaints here! My favorite part about working with heather was that she did what I wanted her to do, not what she wanted to do. She saw my vision and ran with it amd gave me just what I wanted. Bloomtastic is a disaster. I would try calling them to talk about my finalization and have them redo it and they would never call back. I would get a different person on the phone every time. Once I did get my finalization I wanted them to fix it and it took several phone calls to do so and finally I just got fed up and signed it. My flowers were delivered late. Once I got them the boutonni?res I got were wilting and dying. One of my boutonni?res fell apart once you go it out of the package. My altar arrangements were not what I wanted at all. The flowers were poorly put together and my bridesmaids bouquets looked old, wilted, and much like bushes not flowers. I didn?t let them ruin my special day because I just had the feeling that I picked the wrong florist before the day even came. They were not very good at communication, they never listened to me, and they didn?t seem to care because I only wanted to spend between 500 to 600 dollars on my flowers. They need to treat people better, have better communication, and most of all care about their customers because if it weren?t for them they would be out of a business! We are saddened beyond belief that this happened. We design for over 100 weddings every year and this never happens. Unfortunately, the document Lauren was given to sign had one date on it, and it was changed to reflect another date without our (Bloomtastic's) knowledge. more

I ordered a bouquet for my assistant on Administrative Professionals Day, and she absolutely loved it. She made a point to tell me that she liked the flowers I got her more than those others got her. I told her it was from Bloomtastic, and my assistant said I did great! Pros: Nice arrangement, great price more

I needed a Valentine's gift for my wife and flowers were not an option this time. So the staff member ""coached"" me with my needs and situation in view. My wife loved the gift and I got the credit! The Harry London chocolates were perfect (she enjoys high quality). I'll be back to Bloomtastic again soon because they give me the personal attention I'm looking for. more

We use Bloomtastic for our personal and business use. WE LOVE THEM!! We get rave reviews from our friends, family, and clients. It's so nice to get a call from someone and they say; ""Thanks for the flowers, they're beautiful""! Even better is when I talk with someone a week or two later and they are amazed that the flowers are still fresh and holding up nicely. The service couldn't get any better and the prices are right. more

My husband and I used Bloomtastic for our wedding reception. Heather was so helpful and pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond her responsibilities and the arrangements were BEAUTIFUL. very disappointed in the 75.00 arrangement i sent was small contained many carns and babys breath (I requested nicer stems) I also wanted some fall tones ....but it had too much pink for this time of year . I wont be back again :( Pros: ? Cons: did not fill to my requset more

Heather did a floral component for a non-profit event for me, demonstrating sensitivity to budget and tone while coming up with a beautiful and tasteful display. She met me at the event space and designed centerpieces that fit the room and table scale, color scheme, and event tone. The set-up was on-time and professional. I would highly recommend her for events large and small. more

Heather was my florist for my June wedding and did a wonderful job! I didn't really know much about flowers when we first met, but she really helped me create a classic and elegant look I was going for on my big day. The arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and looked great with my dress and my bridesmaid dresses. The flowers really pulled everything together. Also Heather was a joy to work with throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend her to any future brides or someone looking for a great florist! more

save your time and money this place is caught in a bad time warp with the flowers to match, i agree with the review that said the flowers in the dumpster at Krogers are nicer. stay away and save your money...bad bad bad !!! Cons: old flowers, crummy shop more

After interviewing several places to do my wedding flowers, I was thrilled to finally find Bloomtastic! The other places had great ideas, but were way too overpriced! When I met with Heather, our consultant, she took her time to really listen to what I was looking for, as well as what the style of our wedding was. She even sketched out my dress and my bridesmaids dresses so she had a ""vision"" of the wedding in her mind. (wow!) She was very careful to take the month of our wedding into consideration to be sure that the flowers we selected were in season, and thus, were less expensive for us. She truly catered to us in every way possible. We met on several occasions and she was incredibly flexible... she even helped us change part of the design until only a few weeks before the wedding. She was prompt in returning all emails and calls and never seemed bothered by my hundreds of questions! When the wedding day finally came, all of our bouquets were amazing. Mine was simply stunning, and I'm really wishing now that I had paid some extra money to have a company preserve my bouquet. Though the roses did wilt a little while they were outside in the August heat, I felt the bouquets were impeccably created, and the design was just like we discussed. Our altar arrangements (callas and curly willow) were simple and perfect. Our centerpieces for the reception were so unique and I received tons of compliments on them. When explained my ideas to Heather, she added some of her own expertise to design these awesome centerpieces. We had three small cylindrical vases of varying heights in the center. They had river rocks in the bases and roses submerged under water with a floating candle on top. All of this was sitting on a huge palm leaf. They were amazing. :) I've been so pleased with Bloomtastic's service that I would recommend them to anyone! If you are getting married, Bloomtastic really has the whole package!
