My wife and I contracted Bloomtastic for our September wedding. All of the initial planning was done by the MoH and the bride, with a follow up done by myself and the bride. At the follow-up, we worked with a girl who was unfamiliar with the order, but who found it and went over everything so we could finalize the order. Day of, the flowers were dropped at the church outside of the contracted timeframe with no notification to the party that they were ready. The bride's bouquet looked nice, but did not include the requested flowers from the finalization. The bridesmaid bouquets had different flowers than what we ordered, meaning that they did not match the groomsmen. The father's bouquets were poorly held together, and the flowers were wilting. The delivery included more than a dozen roses we hadn't ordered, as well as a half-dozen or so extra bouquets. Upon listing our concerns to the company, we received the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Our concerns were belittled or ignored completely, we were patronized and insulted by the owner, Heather Waits. Essentially, we were told that because the company does hundreds of weddings per year, ours did not matter to them. The extra flowers demonstrate to me that we highly overpaid our contract, yet the owner sees this as a bonus, rather than a problem Because of the actions of the owner, I cannot recommend this business to anyone.
