Bloomtastic is a disaster. I would try calling them to talk about my finalization and have them redo it and they would never call back. I would get a different person on the phone every time. Once I did get my finalization I wanted them to fix it and it took several phone calls to do so and finally I just got fed up and signed it. My flowers were delivered late. Once I got them the boutonni?res I got were wilting and dying. One of my boutonni?res fell apart once you go it out of the package. My altar arrangements were not what I wanted at all. The flowers were poorly put together and my bridesmaids bouquets looked old, wilted, and much like bushes not flowers. I didn?t let them ruin my special day because I just had the feeling that I picked the wrong florist before the day even came. They were not very good at communication, they never listened to me, and they didn?t seem to care because I only wanted to spend between 500 to 600 dollars on my flowers. They need to treat people better, have better communication, and most of all care about their customers because if it weren?t for them they would be out of a business!
