Unfortunately, We bought a full living room and dining room there last year, like everyone else trying to save some money, but we did still spend a good bit. Well anyway, the Sofa and the loveseat both seemed like they cave in within 6 months. I mean you sit on them, you hear wood cracking then you feel like you're sitting on the floor. Well the customer service people in the store and at their main office were are no help. They told us because we did not purchase the extended warranty that there was nothing they can do. I did not even ask for a refund, or swsap just help or even a 50% credit towards something else, just to take it off of our hands. NO...Now, maybe I'm slow, but the only warranty they offered me was the stainmaster warranty. To me that means upholstery warranty against stains and tears. NO, the stain warranty also covers workmanship and breaks in the frame and padding. This was not explained, or I obviously would have got it. So long story short we are stuck with slide out of your seat, onto the floor junk. With no help in sight. We decided that we are going to buy a new sofa and loveseat from somewhere else and take this stuff and put it on there front door with a note.
