My wife and I had been shopping for our first new set of bedroom furniture for six weeks at every known furniture dealer in Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. We had ""tough"" negotiations at a competitor store that resulted in a fair deal, but an unpleasant experience. I was preparing to make a U-Turn on Virginia Beach Blvd to get to the RoomStore, when I saw Bloor Brothers on the corner. When I went in, Bloom Brothers had the exact bedroom set we were looking floor at a price lower than the one we negotiated elsewhere. The salesperson gave us free delivery without even asking and their finance department was exceptionally professional and courteous. All in all a great experience for customer service and price.
