I was thrilled with the customer service when I was at the store actually purchasing the furniture. However, when the furniture wouldn't fit up our narrow stairs and part of it had to be returned, the refund process was hellish. It has been more than a month since I have returned my furniture and still Bloom Brothers is withholding my $1,000.00 refund. They have acknowledged since the beginning that my refund is legitimate, so that is not the issue. To be frank, I am not quite sure what has been the issue, since each time I am met with the answer ""We'll take care of that right away."" It has not been taken care of.
