My home is on the same street as a Birdy home (rental) this home is the worst looking house on the block. I have nothing against rentals, as long as they are kept up in maintenance. The house in question is disgrace to the rest of us on the block, dead trees, dead grass, fence falling down and on and on. Please be a good neighbor to the rest of us and clean up your property. more

I truly wish I would have done my research and read the reviews on Yelp about Birdy Properties. It is no wonder this company only has 2.5 stars on Yelp, which is 1.5 stars more then they deserve. How they have 4 stars on this sight is beyond me, it's probably their own employees and friends writing the good reviews! I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in all my life. You can NEVER get ahold of anybody, probably because the barrage of complaints they garner for being so horrible. They send you outlandish bills and the only way to dispute them is through the mail because they KNOW the charges are bogus. Pray your home doesn't get broken into when you're renting from them because to add insult to injury after all your belongings are stolen they will charge you in obscene amount to fix your door. Listen to the people that tell you to STAY AWAY FROM BIRDY PROPERTIES! more

very bad experiance with renting from birdy there staff is unreliable 1/3/2016

rented a home from them for 2 years multiple issues since the day I moved in,it was always a battle to get them to call back,set appointments,basically anything that involved them I went around them and straight to the owner after the septic was backing up he said keep calling someday they will get it worked out.... I ended up moving due to issues then was charged my exact deposit for bogus overpriced repairs now birdy team ignores emails and calls stay away there a sham........ more

The best in property management 1/13/2015

Very Unsatisfied 10/19/2012

Birdy Properties, LLC, CRMC, my former residential real estate manager, did not perform the property management services it agreed to perform for me and for which I paid. Due to Birdy’s knowing failure to respond to my tenants’ multiple reports of leaking water over an extended period of time, over $18,000 dollars of damage was done to my rental property. In addition, my tenants have chosen not to renew their lease of my property and have elected to move out of the property as soon as the lease allows because they have been ignored, mistreated and disrespected by Birdy Properties personnel. As a member of the military, I rely on and trust property management companies to take care of my investment when the government moves me to a new location. Instead of meeting that need, respecting that trust and performing its obligations under the property management contract, Birdy Properties has, unnecessarily, knowingly and callously imposed significant anxiety and a significant financial burden on my family. I cannot recommend Birdy Properties, LLC CRMC as a residential real estate management company because it is the most unsatisfactory management company I have ever known. more

I have been with Birdy for 2 years and wonder why every month, they are aweful, never return calls, never show up for their own made appointments. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM BIRDY. Oh by the way, all the five star comment/reviews are submitted by their own PR department FAIL.... more

Very Disappointed 6/25/2012

We are military and had orders overseas. Chose Birdy to manage our house. They had good reviews and touted military connections. Immediate frustration @ sending emails and getting no response. Emails @ needed preventive maintenance, or ANY issue, and the reply would be " I'll pass this to so and so" and there was never a follow up. Even when I repeatedly emailed. When we returned 1 yr later, we found the same lack of follow thru happening to the tenant. There are small things that need to be fixed, that have been reported- but no response. Then, the A/C compressor started dying in rental house. Tenants contacted Birdy 31 May. Birdy scheduled man to check it out. He consistently missed his appts. He did a hard start kit(?) when he did show, but used one too large. It did not work. The tenant repeatedly contacted Birdy over A/C quitting- in 100 + degree TX temps! Birdy told tenant, after 12 days of problems, the compressor needing replacing and would notify us. However we never received ANY notice of this issue! In fact, the first we heard, was 22 days after tenants first notice of A/C not working- when we received estimate in email. I contacted Birdy via phone to find out just what was going on. 5 days later, we still had NO info. Had to go to rental house and speak with tenants to assess situation and have 3rd party look at A/C. When we told Birdy to fix it- we were told it would be done the next day. 3 days later and Birdy told our tenants it would be a couple more days. I contacted the prior 3rd party- who were able to secure part and fix that same day ! I'd like to know how Birdy can justify this? Over 30 days of an A/C failing/not working from 2 pm until after midnight. If I had not stepped in and resolved this myself, my tenants would be without A/C today (102 degrees outside), tomorrow and who knows how much longer. Not acceptable business practice. We are ending our contract with Birdy. more

Over the last few years we have had several great opportunities to work with Brian and his professional team. When we moved here we started with a rental, them bought a great home a few months later with Brians help and some years later we are now renting that house to great tenants thanks again to Brian.
