My home is on the same street as a Birdy home (rental) this home is the worst looking house on the block. I have nothing against rentals, as long as they are kept up in maintenance. The house in question is disgrace to the rest of us on the block, dead trees, dead grass, fence falling down and on and on. Please be a good neighbor to the rest of us and clean up your property.
