When we moved here we started with a rental, them bought a great home a few months later with Brians help and some years later we are now renting that house to great tenants thanks again to Brian. Brian Birdy is the real estate agent for my home. He showed my home and had a rental deal completed in just a couple weeks after going on the market. He was diligent with follow up and made sure the potential tenant had fulfilled all requirements. I have found Birdy Properties to be trustworthy and thorough in all my dealings with them. more

I live in a property that was managed by the owner and things were not done and neglected no matter how I pleaded with them. They have since handed the property over to Birdy and they have somehow managed to get many of those things remedied in a short amount of time. more

Great managers 11/9/2011

I had a problem with the refrigerator in my unit and I put in a service request to Birdy Properties and they were able to send someone out in no time at all. They addressed the problem and I had a new fridge the next day. Thanks so much! more
