They left me with raccoon eyes for several weeks from the chemical peels, they didn't bother to tell me I should probably take off of work or not have anything planned around the ...

customer service is key to success! No customers, no business! When TRAIN 1. Uses a speaker phone 2. When she doesnt hear the number 1 and writes a 2... ... Writing/hearing issues! 3 Answers a question with a question 4. Tells a potential client to go elsewhere 5. Hangs up on a potential customer with referrals!!!! Good luck!!! more

I have gotten a number of different treatments done here including photofacials, micropeels, botox, restylane, and perlane injections. I had instant gratification with the injectables! My lips are now fuller and more symmetrical, with minimum swelling and bruising. Now as for the photofacials and micropeels, I was a little scared at first because I had heard it was painful, but NOT AT ALL. Aside from a slight sting from the laser, which is totally bearable, my skin was more even and the redness was reduced the very next day! And the micropeels helped ENORMOUSLY with smoothing out the texture of my skin as well as getting rid of my acne scarring completely! I never would have gone a day without wearing makeup in the past and now I get compliments all the time from strangers on how smooth it looks! Thanks so much Bioderm!! more

Ready for summer!!! 8/11/2011

Shaving had always been a pain for me but all of that changed when I decided to get laser hair removal at Bioderm!! I started to see results after the first treatment, I have now had 4 treatments and I barely even have to shave, its amazing!!!! The staff is friendly and they are also willing to work with you on pricing and financing, making it affordable to anyone who's interested, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to throw away the razor for good:) more

No more Freckles!!!! 8/11/2011

I have always been embrassed of my freckles. Then I heard from my friend about Bioderm and they have treatments that will help remove my freckles. I started to get treatments about a year and a half ago. Well I am happy to say NO MORE FRECKLES!!!! I get Photofacials and micropeels. It is awesome because there is no down time and the treatments don't take a lot of time (I go on my lunch breaks). Now when I look in the mirror I see smooth, clear skin Not ugly Freckles. Nobody can call me "Freckle Face" anymore. Thanks Bioderm. more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! 8/10/2011

I LOVE all the treatments I have received at Bioderm! The photofacials have helped even out my skin tone and the micropeels have helped with my breakouts and acne scars. My skin is now flawless! I am in my mid 30s and get mistaken for a 20 year old all the time now, thanks to Bioderm. The staff and treatments are so amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

Awesome Service!! 8/10/2011

I have been going to BioDerm for about a year now and I couldn't be happier with my results. I have been struggling with acne on my back and was real self conscious about wearing tank tops or anything showing even a part of my back. They then introduced me to Micropeels. I can now go out in public and show some skin without feeling embarrassed! On top of that they made me feel really comfortable about it. Their service rocked!!! more

Hair free at last! 8/10/2011

I was a bit reluctant at first but I'm glad that I actually went in and purchased. I have had full body Laser Hair Removal and I'm so glad because I don't have to worry about spending hours shaving. I'm of Indian descent so I have darker skin and I wasn't sure if the treatments would actually work but they have worked wonders and I'm pleased with my results! more

Glowing Skin 8/10/2011

On the road to healthy skin by ChristinaSandlin at Citysearch I just had my first laser toning treatment at Bioderm and already I am seeing a difference in my skin. The customer service is outstanding. The consultant took time to evaluate my skin and customize a treatment plan just for me. I shopped around at several other places and Bioderm by far had the best deals. The location is very convenient and scheduling has been a breeze. My next treatment is coming up soon and I can't wait! more

I came to Bioderm originally to get an acne treatment, was recommended a Microderm/Ipl acne. Was very impressed with results! The products they offer are all medical grade so you know you're getting the best! I also ended up getting my lips done! LOVE THEM! Juvaderm is the BEST more

Smooth skin!!!! 8/10/2011

I've been a patient here for at least 3 years. I've done a round of laser hair removal to help with ingrown hairs and couldn't be happier with the smooth look now. I also did a series of micropeels to get my skin ready for my wedding. I suffered from horrible acne on my cheeks and chin and my skin looked amazing afterwards! My wedding photos looked flawless, no photoshop needed! :) more

I'm loving my skin after Photofacials and Micropeels. So many people have complimented on how glowy and even my skin tone/texture is now. The staff is so knowledgeable... I'm so glad I didn't go to a dermatologist and waste time and money!! Laser hair removal was also the best investment for me as well... I may just need my maintenance treatment and add on other areas now!!:) My new Love now is Botox and Fillers...they have wonderful referrel credits! I'm refering all my friends!!!!!:) more

Micropeels and Photofacials. 8/10/2011

I've been getting treatments done at BioDerm Skin Care and Laser Center for 3 years now. When I first started going I had the most horrible teenage acne I've ever had in my life. I was very self conscious and depressed because of it. The staff at BioDerm skin care are very courteous and caring and they help you out and answer any questions you have. They try their best to accomodate you and go out of their way to make you happy. 3 years later after having more than several micropeels and a few photofacials, my skin is more clear than ever! I feel more confident than I have ever felt in my life and it's because of the treatments from BioDerm Skin Care. I couldn't praise this place enough. It was a true life saver. more

Laser Hair Removal- It really Works!!! 8/9/2011

I was skeptical at first before receiving laser hair removal but I figured it was worth trying out since I HATE shaving. I received treatments for my underarms and after 6 treatments- NO MORE HAIR!! Definitely worth it!!! more

it is so great to be able to put on my swim suit, shorts or tank top and and not have to worry about if i shaved or not!! laser hair removal is a wonderful invention and i am most pleased with bioderms wonderful staff and service ! i recoment bioderm to anyone who wants to relieve themselve from the burden of unwanted hair!!! more
