First of all, the delivery guy is a delight. He's so nice, I wasn't sure if he was being sarcastic - but he's totally not! Second of all, the food is outstanding. It's really easy to customize an order, and the flavors are great. more

FRICKIN AWESOME. HELL YEA. dude our food got here so fast and was so friggin good. cheap as hell to man can't beat that. plus the delivery dude was a sweetheart so that's boss. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS AND NOTHING HURTS. not to mention this was a fab change from the usual stuff, I mean Thai and stuff is great but hnnnnnnnnngh burritos. great treats for eats. a+ will order again. more

Complaining about tips? 10/23/2011

I didn't catch the complete story last week on ""The Today Show."" It sounded like a waitress was complaining about a ""tip"" from a customer. For something like that to go national, I wonder if the customer doesn't have grounds to sue the waitress. more

I've been going to this place for years and hadn't been in a while. I was so happy to find out that their food is exactly the way I remembered it, tasty & inexpensive. I had the fajita burrito (that must be new) and it was so great. The margarita I had was perfect and the girl who waited on us was super sweet. It is back on my radar again- more

The Happiest of hours! 9/23/2010

I met a girlfriend for happy hour yesterday and had a blast! We ordered some delicious tacos that were super cheap and had a few (too many) margaritas. The margaritas were the best in town for sure. Our waiter was super nice, the vibe was great and I will be back for sure. Especially when we were told that they do happy hour all day on Sundays & Mondays! more

What a cool place! 9/22/2010

I highly recommend this place! The food was awesome (I had a Supreme Burrito) and I swear I wasn't hungry for a day, it was huge. My server, I think his name was Joe, was great. I have not been in such a cool place since I lived in New York, I will be a regular for sure. more

I've been going to Bimbos since way back when they were at their old location. I always though that the only people who reviewed places just wanted to complain, but I guess I was wrong. I love this place, the food is good and affordable, the staff are nice and it kinda feels like home to me. more

Best Bang for your buck! 9/15/2010

somewhere between the lard-filled taco trucks and the high end Mexican restaurants lies Bimbos Cantina...mostly organic, great ingredients and for what I got...cheap prices! The new tortas on the menu are amazing...especially the pork. more

Inconsistently Served? 9/23/2009

Um, half of the times I've been here, I've ordered a burrito to go with no problems. The burritos are awesome. The other half I have been met at the door and refused to-go service because I am not of age... to take out? So now I'm just confused as to whether I should try again. Pros: Awesome burrito! R.I.P Bimbo's Bitchen Burrito Kitchen. 8/12/2008

When I first moved to Seattle, I was smitten with BBBK. The lime crema and well made burritos were a comfort to me, having just left Southern Californias heavily mexican food saturation. I was looking for a good mexicali meal when I found BBBK. Now it has moved and the flavor is gone. The cantina is fine, but it is not fit to be called Bimbo's. Pros: the name Cons: the rest. more

Head downstairs to Cha Cha to avoid the attitude 4/9/2008

I was a little weary of trying Bimbo's after so many negative reviews about the service. My friend suggested eating downstairs at Cha Cha's where they have a full menu and the only drawback is you to have order from the bar. The bartender at Cha Cha's gave no-nonsense but attentive service. We were checked on several time to make sure all our food came and if we needed more drinks. Pros: Tecate on Draft, Big Portions Cons: Avoid the bad service by eating at Cha Cha's more

I work in Capitol Hill and there are very few lunch options to be had up here. So, when Bimbos moved right across the street I was super excited. Finally something good and cheap in the neighborhood. Pros: Amazing Decor. Cons: Everything Else. more

terrible service 11/25/2007

I went to Bimbos it was at he old location down Pine and the food and service was great. Since it has been on Pike, I have been twice and both times I've been very disapointed. The first time, friends and I were seated ourselves and we had to ask for menus. Our order was messed up and no apologies were made.No refills were given on our water.We waited and waited for our check and finally my friend had to hunt someone down to ask for it. I tried it again last night and it had a decent crowd but not terribly busy. Apparantly you seat yourself because no one greeted us.Tables were all taken so we sat at the bar and were ignored.According to the sign, there were 10 minutes left of happy hour so we stopped a server and asked for a happy hour menu. She didn't know and kept walking. The bartender ignored us,no one offered us a menu, or said ""Someone will be right with you"", ""there will be a 15 minute wait for a table"" etc. NOTHING. We finally walked out and took our business elsewhere. Customer service isn't a priorty. I have no idea how they stay in business. Pros: cool decor Cons: terrible service more
