Did you know that these rep's also have the ability to change their incomming phone numbers?!! They have called my husband's cell phone and made it look like it is his own # calling himself or our house phone and just the latest was a phone number that was unlisted. How has the capabilities to do this. Not only did the rep make it look as if my husband was calling himself, the rep some how got a hold of the pin # to my husband phone and changed the voice mail and left a VERY obscene message. I have not called this business, but sure as hell am going to. And if the calls keep comming then I go to the better business brueau. Do NOT do business with these people. more

I am going to add to the long list of angry reviews for this company.\r \r They call and harass me at the office claiming an order was placed for sawzall blades. It wasn't. They created a fake order and now proceed to call multiple times a day to ""confirm"" our order. Everyone in this office has told them that no such order was placed and they continue to call and harass. Brent Boone, a BSIS employee, even went as far as to ask me if I was a secretary or wife trying to cancel the order so my boss would spend the money to buy me nice shoes instead of the sawzall blades (in the most degrading tone you can imagine).\r \r Anyway, please don't use them- they are the worst kind of people.\r \r I just don't want anyone else to have to deal with their pushy and ignorant representatives. Their products are not of good quality. They change their prices from the agreed upon price to a much higher billed price. They might promise to send free merchandise with your purchase but you will never recieve it. They are not a good quality company, and I would advise anyone to shop elsewhere. Cons: Everything more

well ive used them a few times with great luck fell behind on making payment for like 3 mounths went down with bad back...i run my own buisness hvac i had asked them to quit calling.cause i was not interested in there marked up highway robbery prices...fyi folks goto lowes they are still cheaper than bigstates. I was foolish enough to order items from the salesman. Fortunately, I did not prepay or give them a credit card number. The salesman lead me to believe the items were high quality and priced competitively. As an example, he said one of the items was top quality and manufactured in the USA. He lead me to believe it was a great price. As it turns out, it was made in China, of moderate quality, and I could purchase it at a local retailer for 2/3 to 1/2 of the price I was quoted. I have since shipped all items back via UPS. Stay as far away from this company as you can. They are misleading and seem to have no problems taking you for all they can. This company and it's representatives are misleading!!! They will say what ever it takes to make the sell and then not stand behind what they ""promise"". I would not recommend this company to anyone including my enemies!!! Bought a few things from them thinking it was a good deal. If I had known they would call every day with something ""free"" to give me I would have never done business with them. Where do I begin...with one order, three years ago, I have endured daily phone calls from a representative of this company. I have asked them repeatedly to quit calling. The product was junk and we told them so (saw blades). We quit answering calls from their phone number so now they have individual representatives calling from Arizona and New Mexico. The phone number does not register so I can never be sure it's them calling. When I finally told them the number they were calling was listed as a no solicitation allowed number with the attorney general's office in my state, they started laughing and badgering me. I ordered 6 ratcheting tie-down straps from this company for $24.90 each expecting them to be very heavy duty straps. These straps are the same ones you buy at a flea market or dollar store. I asked if they were made in America and was told yes only to find out they are made overseas. Complete junk! Also, I ordered 6 18 inch safety cones in which are the poorest quality ones I have ever seen. One more thing, they told me I would not be invoiced until September and they are already sending me past due notices!! Cons: Terrilble misleading company more

These people have no concept of customer service, there overpriced and there sales people will send something even if you dont want it. If something is sent back than they ""cant locate"" the item than begin a relintless weekly badgering with threats, and overal smart assed comments. They sent me some very overpriced saw blades and first aid kits, and when I attempted to return them, they refused to send me a preauthorization form.
