well ive used them a few times with great luck fell behind on making payment for like 3 mounths went down with bad back...i run my own buisness hvac i had asked them to quit calling.cause i was not interested in there marked up highway robbery prices...fyi folks goto lowes they are still cheaper than bigstates. Sales is pushy dont care what they say or do to get the sale.they think they are untuchable. had al kesson as my sales rep tells a stupid joke.well buddy this time jokes on you.plz if you use bigstate buyer beware items not what they seem to be oh yea bill was paid and they still call i guess im gonna have to call attoney genral.to report them. bad exp.
