Wouldn?t go out of my way to come here 7/18/2008

This bakery?s cookies, cupcakes and dessert loaves are tasty enough. Plus, there?s a diverse selection, from chocolate to fruit and nut flavors. However, their sweets aren?t anything remarkable to me. I wouldn?t go out of my way to come here, like I would for Sprinkles of Yummy cupcakes. I only go to Beverlywood Bakery when I?m passing through the Pico-Robertson neighborhood and just happen to need to pick up a quick dessert to bring some place later. FYI, there?s no place to really sit and eat inside this small shop, and I don?t think the store is kosher. more

Best cookies, cupcakes, breads and coffeeee in the world!!!! 4/16/2007

This is the best bakery in town. Everything is always so fresh, the owner is ridiculously cool and nice, and not in that sugary stepford baker way, but in that truly good person running a good establishment welcoming his customers way. It's so peaceful too, i love just coming by and grabbing a cup of coffee, which by the way, they have this magical coffee machine, i swear the vanilla capuccino is the best i have ever had.......i don't know what they put in it, anyways moving on, and the bagels!!!!! with creamcheese they make themselves!!!!!! don't get me started on the cookies....i am a real fan of this place. more
