No buy. Terrible service, I called to see if they had sherlock holmes movie and maybe the star wars bundle on blu-ray and nobody answered the phone. I must have called four times in one day to try and get a hold of someone from sales to check and see if they had it since their website was acting up at the time and nothing. Just disappointing. more

depending on the day you go to this place, you might find this place really helpful or the other way around-i know a few people that are really good and i only go there when they work-their prices are really good and if you keep all of your paper work, they have great return policy as well. more

Be careful 12/19/2008

Ever since the recession this place has about half as many people working there as there should be. You have to wait a half hour to be able to buy anything. It is almost as bad as home depot. If you decide to come here to buy a camera, the person to talk to is Geoff from the camera department. He is very honest and doesn't waste time talking you into something you don't need. more

bad customer service 1/28/2007

Never answers the phone for customer service. On Jan. 28, 2007, I called starting at 10am (supposed delivery time: 8-10am) and was not able to reach ANYONE until the end of the day. To keep a competitive place in the electronic market, Best Buy definitely needs to revise their customer service. Work on it more or everybody will stop going to Best Buy. more
