Time and time again my friends and I have had inordinately bad service. It seems to have nothing to do with the number of patrons in the bar as the service is horrific even if we are the only people there. My most recent experience was Friday, May 16th. Granted, it was the first beautiful day this season. We had fully expected it to be very crowded. My fiance and I arrived at 4pm and told the hostess there would be 3 of us. We were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait for a table outside, and were given a beeper. We waited at the bar. We waited 10 minutes before we were approached by the bartender. We ordered a drink and our beeper went off just as we got our first drink. When I went to the hostess stand to check in, I realized there had been a couple with a baby that had been waiting before we got there. I told the hostess that they should be getting the table before us. She assured me we would be next. Another 20 minutes went by. My friend arrived & also waited 10-15 minutes before she was approached by the bartender. At the same time, my fiance ordered an appetizer and another round for us, as well as the check. It took 20 minutes before we got our drinks or appetizer, but the bartender forgot our check. My fiance went to the hostess stand to check on our table and was told there were two other groups in front of us. Where they came from, I have no idea. After 10 minutes, I went to the hostess stand where I was told there were now four other groups ahead of us. I gave the beeper back and told them we no longer wanted the table outside. We finally left, hungry and extremely irritated at 5:30p. The only reason we continue to visit this place that it is one of the only places on the Eastside that has outside seating by the water. It is additionally frustrating to know that it will continue to be successful, solely based on the fact that they are only game in town. But, we have finally vowed to never return there, and will be sure to spread the word.

Cons: everything else
