Review content:
Yes I have to admit I wore jean and T-shirt in a nice place like this but I just finished a long day out on the yard and just wanted to sit down with the wife to have dinner. Came in at around 8:50pm on Friday and greeted or Not greeted by a couple of ladies at front door. One pointed the others to have either one show us the place. Either way.. taking us there would be appreciated and professional.. not pointing and ignoring us. I just stood there kinda amused at the treatment.
Either way, when we found our stool at the bar, we were greeted by a young man that's very attentive to us and friendly. The night went well with great food.
When we left however, three ladies at the front greeting area never look at us once or even say goodnight. I look at them and non even wanted to look back and kept on chit chatting with each other. Am I even welcome here? Does my jean and T-shirt makes me look out of place? I make more money then 10 of them silly girls put together... but with this treatment kinda make me think about returning. Not felt welcoming at all.
To own a business you must make people feel welcome!! The front door and the exit is your best chance in doing so. If you're the owner, please drill that into your staff... otherwise no matter how good the food is... it'll still leave a bitter taste in the end.
Pros: Great food, great Bar guy that's attentive!!
Cons: Door entrance service was horrible
