I went to this store and bought some of their CO Bigelow Lemon cream. It smelled so wonderful and I was so exicted to buy it. BUT I broke out like crazy from it. I got a really bad rash from this stuff that went all the way up my arm. I've used many lotions before and this has never happened before. It was so scary. While I developed a quick aversion to any Bath and Body Works product from that point onwards, the people here were really friendly and did issue me an immediate return on the bottle of lotion. more

Bath and Body works is an all around really great store. They have fabulous soap type products for any need. I am addicted to the antibactial hand soap for all of my sinks. Once you use this you just cant go back to the walmart kinds. This is a great place to get gift baskets for any kind of special occassion too. I personally shop the day after the holidays and they are typically half off. more

The best anti bacterial foaming hand soap 4/12/2006

This store has the best anti bacterial foaming hand soap which sometimes they have for sale 5 for $10. I like their home product, the wall flower, the candle and the hand soap. If you are somewhat not satisfied with any of their product they'll take it again without so much being asked. Last holiday season I bought their cinnamon stick candle, and I found the smell was not that strong, went there return it and got another one without hassle. Great Store ! more
