Not reliable 3/10/2011

Barnard elevator does not have the best service. They service the elevator in my building and have not had the elevator inspected for 4 years. They have yet to return my four phone calls. more

Barnard has been maintaining my elevators for the last year and a half, they have done an excellent job. Our service calls have been cut down tremendously. Barnard services us monthly and our elevator is running perfectly. This company has a quality staff. more

Great Customer Service 2/16/2011

Barnard Elevator provided profesional services. The work was done in a very timely manner. The prices were very reasonable and fair. I would definitly recommend this company for other elevator work. more

Very unprofessional company 9/28/2009

This company is not honest about what repairs need to be made and does not communicate honestly with their clients. Our elevator has been broken down for weeks and they keep telling us that a part needs to come in. When they finally came to the property they still do not have the proper equipment to fix it. They have drawn out the problem unecessarily and do not call to say they will not be able to come out to work on the elevator. My suggestion to anyone looking for service on their elevator is DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Go with a more established and reputable company. Do your homework, there are alot of bad business people out there. Cons: Bad communication more
