Bamboo offers Caribbean food in a casual but elegant atmosphere. The menu offers Californian variations on Caribbean dishes and goes well with the light and refreshing sangria available in fruit-filled pitchers. On nice days or evenings, the patio is also open for outdoor dining, making for an enjoyable experience. I dont belive that reservations are needed we didnt need them but It was during the week not weekend
