OK, first of all.,. great bagels.. and great cream cheeses, but the last few times I have gone in the service has been getting worse and worse.. 10 minute waits with no line? For a bagel and a schmear? I am heading up the block to the corner bagel store which handles many more customers at a much quicker pace.. at least till they get their act together. Past its prime... 5/20/2007

Used to be a nice, service-oriented new kid on the block. But service has slipped significantly recently (surly slackers on a Sunday morning after a 15 minute wait anyone?) and while the prices continue to rise, the portions (i.e. topings) continue to shrink. Management needs to wake up if they want to keep their ""Best of"" status. more

great homemade cream cheese, and tofu too! 10/6/2006

I really like the bagels here, you can get bagel sandwiches, or try their many great flavored cream cheeses as well as tofu cream cheeses. Not alot of seating but great bagels! Pros: Great bagels and homemade cream cheese Cons: Not alot of seating more
