Marzena is a very special massage therapist.\r I have visited message therapists in the past, but I find Marzena?s work unique. She is a massage therapist, who is able to listen to my body. I went to her because of an auto injury and suffered from whiplash. I was encouraged to see a chiropractor along with massage therapy with Marzena. I made great progress with her. The wonderful thing about Marzena is she doesn?t just go through the motions but has the ability to offer progress with each treatment. She listened to understand where my body is currently and how much further we can go toward improvement. To me, her greatest strength is her intuitive style. Her ability to listen and hear what your body needs is profound. Marzena is a master at deep tissue massage therapy. Deep Tissue can take time getting used to, however it offers progressive and lasting results. I was able to feel better and better with each session. Few months ago I started a new work out regime and as result of it I developed severe tension and pain in both calves. I consulted a doctor about my injury and he suggested muscle relaxers. Down to earth, and really takes an interest in your overall health. Aside from adjusting my back, there are a million things that he has suggested over the last couple of years that have really helped. From how I used to view health and wellness (you have a pain, you take a pill, right????) to what I put on my plate for dinner - and how all of that has an impact.
