Avesta management is unprofessional and does not do their due diligence investigating issues rather they jump to conclusions, and treat residents inconsistently. I pay good money ...

Avesta is a Very Helpful HOA Management Co. 10/13/2011

Avesta is so knowledgable in association management. Our's was like many others in Michigan. We were left by our builder. Avesta helped us with the developer/banks and with the city. We are much better off now! We also got great advice regarding our Impelis issue from them! I hope this is helpful to anyone needing strong management. more

Honest condo management company! 6/20/2011

Our association is finally being managed by a company that takes time with our board and pays attention to what we need. Our delinquent owners are down to a few because of their unique collection efforts. We are very glad we made the switch to Avesta and look forward to our continued success! more

Notice that most of the positive reviews are on the same date? Nice try to move the bad reviews to the bottom...This is the WORST mgmt. company ever! They are the same people who owned the now bankrupt Galaxy Builders. To say they are unprofessional is an understatement. To hire this company to manage anything is the kiss of death. They have frustrated so many people in our community until most have stopped paying dues. They do not reply promptly if ever even for emergencies. They hire their friends for all contracted work. They may be cheaper than other companies but remember you get what you pay for... more

Love them! 3/4/2011

I've lived in a condo complex in Florida and here in Michigan. Avesta is by far the best cono management company I have come across. When you call, you actually talk to someone who remembers you name and takes care of what issues or questions you have. I highly recommend Avesta more

Avesta gave us stress free management 2/25/2011

After going through 3 management companies we have found the perfect fit. Avesta has transitioned smoothly and has kept communiction open with owners. Everyone is kept informed of what is going on. They are more than capable for handling our finances and I love their fresh ideas regarding receivables and events for our community. We're excited again! Thanks Avesta! more

Really nice people- its nice to be able to talk to people when you call and not get voice prompted directions. I like the personal touch. Its nice to have neighbors talking positive about our management company---FINALLY! more

Excellent Management Services 2/25/2011

Our condo community recently engaged Avesta to manage our community after a horrible experience with a previous management company. Avesta turned our community around financially and enhanced curb appeal, a true task in this economic climate. We are now a full serviced community and can't thank Avesta and staff enough for all their time and effort invested in our community at no additional cost to the co-owners. more

Very Bad Management Company 11/30/2010

If it were possible to give them less than 1 star I would. They manage my building. Every time I call with any issues or problems they don't return phone calls. Our building is in bad shape and Avesta says they will check into it and call me back. I NEVER hear anything back. But if I am 1 day late with rent I hear from them. The staff is very rude. more

Avesta Management WORST Company Ever!!! 8/29/2010

I would have scored them lower if possible. Above review is correct that the relatives/employees of Avesta are the same people from Galaxy. They will attempt to get the contract to manage your property by low balling on price. Remember you get what you pay for. Convince members of your HOA to pay a little more and get a company that is professional, unlike Avesta. They will create animosity among residents by enforcing rules on certain residents and not all. They contract their buddies for all services getting a cut on the back end. Both Donna & Patty's picture should be next to trailer trash in the dictionary . more
