Notice that most of the positive reviews are on the same date? Nice try to move the bad reviews to the bottom...This is the WORST mgmt. company ever! They are the same people who owned the now bankrupt Galaxy Builders. To say they are unprofessional is an understatement. To hire this company to manage anything is the kiss of death. They have frustrated so many people in our community until most have stopped paying dues. They do not reply promptly if ever even for emergencies. They hire their friends for all contracted work. They may be cheaper than other companies but remember you get what you pay for...
