I would have scored them lower if possible. Above review is correct that the relatives/employees of Avesta are the same people from Galaxy. They will attempt to get the contract to manage your property by low balling on price. Remember you get what you pay for. Convince members of your HOA to pay a little more and get a company that is professional, unlike Avesta. They will create animosity among residents by enforcing rules on certain residents and not all. They contract their buddies for all services getting a cut on the back end. Both Donna & Patty's picture should be next to trailer trash in the dictionary .
