Great Sales 3/31/2011

Came to Leesburg to see about getting out of my car and into a suv because I am pregnant and will need more room. I found out a lot of information on the Honda Pilot, SUV. They were very helpful and understanding to my needs/wants. I am happy with my purchase and I thank you guys for all the help in getting me in a better situation. Love the Service 3/22/2011

Headed to Leesburg Honda to get my brakes checked do to a loud squeak, needless to say I went without an appointment and not knowing if it were my breaks. I went to the service department and they were so nice to me, they took my car back to see, within thirty minutes came back to me and said that I didn’t need brakes down they just needed a little cleaning they had buildup. The car was pulled up front for me and out the door I went. I was so happy that I did not have a pressure purchase. I came in to Leesburg Honda to look around. My current car was starting to get small problems here and there. I did not know what I wanted; I was just simply starting to look. Little did I know I was going to buy a new Honda Accord. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. I test drove 4 cars and decided that they deserved my business. They were not pushy just walked around with me, and showed me a variety of different options. All went well and was fast and effortless with all their help. Great service 2/2/2011

I have had my 2005 Honda Accord serviced/repaired by this shop multiple times, and have been really impressed by the honesty of the service staff and the competitive prices. I even take my wife's Toyota in for service, despite this being a Honda dealer. Each time I take a vehicle in, they call after they have inspected it to tell me what my options are and what the costs will be. I have never felt pressured to buy more expensive parts or to make unnecessary repairs, and the service staff is really good about explaining the technical background for repairs. They have even offered up advice on how to do things more cheaply on several occasions. I've had a lot of bad experiences with shops around town, and am very glad to have found an honest repair shop. You have the Most Amazing Team over at Leesburg Honda. This purchase was a surprise birthday present for my wife who is 7months pregnant with our 4th child. We were running out of room fast in our old vehicle. I honestly thought there was no way I was going to be able to get the trade in amount I wanted, the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. Furthermore even if I did, I had thought there was no way with my recent bankruptcy that I would get approved for financing. There were alot of hurdles I had to go through. The financing piece was instrumental, not only did I get approved, I got a rate that was unbelievable in regards to my circumstances. They even brought out a huge red bow for me to stick on the car for her when I got home. You all managed to make it happen and now we are proud owners of a brand new Honda Odyssey Touring. Romey was the best salesmen I have ever worked with in my entire life, he is a natural at what he does. Thanks Uncle Romey I hope he is there for many years to come so we can look forward to talking with him when we come to the new dealership. Ultimately Thanks to the team that was involved in making it happen. Easy to work with. Great prices from sales and wonderful service from the guys in the shop. I shopped around on the internet and knew what my next car was going to be, I knew what I wanted to pay and the invoice price of the vehicle.Leesburg Honda is not the closest place to me, but showed me that they wanted my business. They called me everytime I called, and responded to my emails quickly. We pretty much agreed on a price before I step foot in the dealership. They made a deal, gave me his word, and kept it.The salesman got the car ready for me and we took it for a test drive. One thing I appreciated was that the car I bought had all the things the similar model at other dealerships had like pinstripes and trunk mats, but the salesman didn't act like he was ""throwing them in"" or adding them on or anything like that.They didnt try to take me for a fool. I would recommend Leesburg Honda to anyone and everyone. more

Worst/most rude people i've ever dealt with 12/23/2010

Leesburg Honda is one of the rudest, most snug people i've dealt with. They sold me a wrecked car with a bad paint job. After I owned the car for 2 months the paint started to peel off the car. They also treat minorities like myself like 2nd class citizens. The sales manager is a fat racist slob...BUY BEWARE IF YOU'RE NOT WHITE!!!!!!!!!! more

Great experience! We stopped at Leesburg Honda to test drive a mini-van and SUV, They greeted us, showed a few vehicles, then allowed us to take the mini on a test drive. The next day, we discovered the Costco Auto Program on the internet. We filled out the form, and Costco sent our information to Leesburg Honda. We were contacted and received a price quote within hours, which was the best price out of the 5 other dealerships we contacted. We then finalized the purchase of our 2010 Honda Odyssey. There was no pressure. We even changed our minds on the color, but they accomodated us with without any hassle. These three salesmen made the dreaded ""car salesman"" experience a thing of the past. We have nothing but praise for their professional manner, and we love our Odyssey! more

My New Dealer 12/13/2010

I have been to several honda dealerships looking for that right one. I think I found it at Leesburg. This place is friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Leesburg Honda has to be the most perfect Honda dealer on the entire east coast. We have searched for the right one for over 3 months. They are willing to work with prices and they know more about their cars and there standard equipment as well as add ons.If you are in the car market I would recommend Leesburg Honda to buy a car, new or used.I haven't done service yet but its on my list of things to do I will be sure to share that experience. more

Let me tell you about my experience at Leesburg Honda.My experience starts in the recent purchase of an Accord. I have bought several Hondas over the years, as well as an Acura. Leesburg being close to my office, I approached it at noon one day during my lunch and was extremely satisfied with the crisp, honest and professional demeanor and attitude I received as I arrived. I was bracing for high pressure sales, bait and switch tactics, also low balling my trade in, as well as pushing all kinds of unwanted add-ons. To my surprise I received a fair, quick, straightforward treatment, and was able to reach a good agreement in very short time, despite the complications and paperwork.They got me a great rate with a payment less then I was expecting. So please accept my satisfaction, as well as my assurances of recommendations and repeat business in the future. more

Great Service 11/15/2010

My name is Susan Linhart. Since 1984, I have owned MANY Honda vehicles (two Preludes, one Civic, three Accords, and two Odysseys). What can I say, I love my Hondas! Even more though, I love the service I receive from the service department at Leesburg Honda, especially the service I receive by Tim ""Fitz"" Fitzgerald. We have been working with Fitz for many years now. He is always professional, courteous and goes that extra mile to help us. Even when we don't have an appointment and there is an ""emergency"", he has always managed to fit us into his very busy schedule. He keeps us updated on the status of our vehicle. He explains, in detail, what the issue is with the vehicle. He goes that extra mile to make sure the job is done right. I just want to let you know how lucky Autonation is to have Fitz as a member of their service team. He's awesome and definitely one of the reasons we will be buying our next Accord from Autonation in a couple of years! more

Horrific place to buy a car 11/12/2010

Leesburg Honda is one of the worst places i've ever purchased a car from. I bought a used 2008 Honda Accord for 25k dollars. I owned the car for about 6 months and then the paint started to peal off the car. Leesburg Honda refused to fix the paint and so I was stuck with a lemon. The salesmen are really pushy and rude..There was also a issue with the illegal window tint they didn't remove before I bought the car. But they were nice enough to offer to remove it for 30 dollars an hr. I don't think I would recommend this place to my worst enemy. Bunch of snake oil salesmen.. more

Trust Worthy 11/10/2010

So my civic had a few problems and needed some basic service done to it. It was going to take them 2 days to complete all the service. I had not noticed after I dropped my car off but it seemed like I was missing some cash. The next day I was going crazy looking for it and figured I had lost it. Someone was a lucky person and going shopping on my dime. I went to get my car the fallowing day and to my surprise the cash was in the cup holder. Out of all the people in the dealership not person even touched it.. Im very please to know my car and personal belongings are in good hands with Leesburg Honda. more

2011 Honda Civic 11/8/2010

Came in to Leesburg Honda because I got a flyer in the mail. It was a promotion they were running, that had ended the day before. However they said they could probably still honor it. After speaking to a manager, we started looking at some cute Honda Civics. I found a white one brand new, it looked fully loaded, sunroof, leather, cd-player,cute alloy rims and a spoiler. So we took it for a test drive, as soon as I sat in the car I knew it was meant for me. I loved how the seats hugged me, the way it drove, the radio was nice quality. We got back to the dealership and started getting to the part everyone hates, the numbers. I gave them the keys to my current 2001 Honda Civic, they appraised it and actually were right at what I was thinking. Then we got the price on the 2011 Honda Civic. After figuring out all the number they ran my credit to see what finance rate I would get, which would give me exact payment. Mean while I was on the phone with my insurance company trying to see how much my insurance would move up with this new Civic. suprisingly it was only $20 a month difference in price. At the end of the whole process, I walked out of Leesburg Honda with a brand new 2011 Honda Civic, with great warranty for little to nothing down, with an affordable payment. The best part was the experience everyone was very honest and helpful, didn't give you the run around, didn't do the waiting game, just here is what it is does it work for you. Which was a nice change compared to what I have done and gone through with other dealerships. Leesburg Honda did a great job, and I will definetly refer people their direction. more

lived up to the hype 11/6/2010

After dissatisfied service at Honda dealers all over, I thought I'd check this place out because of the great reviews by others. It lived up to the hype. Customer service was exceptional. The dealership is clean. The amenities were nice. Printed off an old coupon from their website, and they honored it. For an oil change, they even washed my car. Service dept was extremely busy, but my wait wasn't unreasonable. Bottom line: I'm coming back! And I highly recommend to others looking for a good Honda dealership. more

long story short 11/4/2010

So….. long story short…… I bought a Honda Pilot about 6 years ago from a dealership back home in Florida. I always serviced with them, and bought only from them. Having said that they were like family everything I needed they were there. All my questions were answered they always had openings for me and always shuttled me back to work. Dreading the process of purchasing another vehicle and it being a different Honda Dealer, I went to Leesburg Honda. I was unsure of what I really wanted just knew I wanted to stick with Honda. Car after car, SUV after SUV I finally decided I wanted to stick with the Honda Pilot. So I did, and I just wanted to thank Leesburg Honda for taking me in and making me feel like it can be just like it was back home in Florida. more

I really do not do these reviews, but I felt this is a very necessary instance. I came to Leesburg Honda because my current 2006 Honda Civic needed an oil change. While waiting in the service center, a guy was on his phone bragging about how he got his old civic switched out for a new one and that his payment only went up 28 dollars a month. That he was just waiting for it to get his first oil change on it. He got off the phone and by curiosity I wanted to see what he had done. After talking with him, I walked straight to the front and asked to talk to a sales man. The salesman came up and asked me how he could help. I told him about the whole switching my 2006 Honda for a 2010 Honda. He told me he would have to see my Honda and we would have to find a Honda that I liked. Compare the 2 Hondas and then see the difference in price and interest rate. After all said and done my payment went up 30 dollars and I owned a brand new with warranty Honda Civic. Call it luck or maybe just a great time to purchase. Thanks to my oil change I got a great deal from Leesburg Honda. more
