Even more though, I love the service I receive from the service department at Leesburg Honda, especially the service I receive by Tim ""Fitz"" Fitzgerald. We have been working with Fitz for many years now. He is always professional, courteous and goes that extra mile to help us. Even when we don't have an appointment and there is an ""emergency"", he has always managed to fit us into his very busy schedule. He keeps us updated on the status of our vehicle. He explains, in detail, what the issue is with the vehicle. He goes that extra mile to make sure the job is done right.
I just want to let you know how lucky Autonation is to have Fitz as a member of their service team. He's awesome and definitely one of the reasons we will be buying our next Accord from Autonation in a couple of years!
