great team, very happy with my purchase 1/8/2012

Out of respect and due to the fact I also drove from 2 HOURS away I felt it was my responsibility to add my own comments about my experience at this dealership. At first I was skeptical and was dreading the long drive and having an experience as the couple beneath me, the only reason I did take a day of work and headed over there was because of the customer service I was already receiving over the phone? I had a very nice salesman name Felix who was well educated and answered all my questions prior to going to the dealership. I have very good credit and did my homework before I called. My sister and I made the drive and I purchased the 2008 Infiniti G35x . A Thank you guys for everything! They have earned my utmost respect for car sales men and jay who does financing which he made sure we understood every thing and also the sales manager who they worked together to make sure we can finish fast , they are great team. more

this guy julio estrada as known as jay torrez ripped me off he made me buy this warranty for 3500 plus a gap insurance for 1500 and he told me i would get that money back after 6 months when i cancel the contract. stay away they thieves i will try to sue them for bad sale practice for they way he manipulated me specially if you are first time buyer, i wouldve love to read all this reviews before going there and lose my money like that i know there are more honest working people that just wanted to have a better car im trying to sue them with a class action but i need more people with same problem let me know and for the rest save yourself the stress dont go there, auto palace got an article on the newyork post check( it out replce 0 with o) www.nypost.c0m/p/news/local/queens/got_ripped_off_and_cops_don_care_ABxWuZMbGoM4z54qM9pkzN more

Buyer Beware! 12/6/2011

The good reviews were obviously written by employees because I have not been on a legitimate board where someone had a good experience with these 'people.' This dealership is not above breaking contracts, lying, withholding paperwork, being inconsiderate of people's time or using vulgar language on the sale's floor. Had I read these reviews before purchasing my vehicle, I would have saved myself from a lot of headaches and money loss. In the end, with hidden fees I will have paid THOUSANDS more for a USED car than I could have, had I purchased NEW ANYWHERE else! more

Don't Do It! Stay Away! Shop Elsewhere! 10/26/2011

Hello. Giving this place one star is way too much credit. I went back in July 2011 looking for a used vehicle. The first vehicle I tried out had no A/C they gave me the song and dance that it needed a freon recharge... yeah right. So anyhow they promised that they would fix that problem. What annoyed me was while we were discussing the deal with the salesperson is that the owner's teen aged or in her early twenties daughter (who was not an employee) kept barging in demanding to see her cellphone. Apparently was she down loading an ""app"" to her phone! The salesperson rolled their eyes at constant intrusion of this ""young lady"" explaining that she's the owner daughter. I guess that means that she had carte blanche do what she wants whenever. The salesperson ended up locking the door but she insisting on trying come in by constantly knocking on the door throughout our conversation. The deal did not go through on that vehicle. I test drove another vehicle and found out that service engine light stayed on during the drive. I then I had enough!!! I was sick of the high pressure tactics!!! I left the place immediatedly!!! It's get better.... I noticed words stamped on my desposit slip after I signed it was: SUBJECT TO LENDER APPROVAL IF FUNDING IS OBTAINED. I would not have giving them one red cent if that was on the slip. I called them one week later asking for my deposit back. They stated that needed my receipt. I asked them if I could fax them a copy they said no it has to be the original copy. I filed two conplaints with the NY Better Business Bureau. Auto Palace did not respond to either of the complaints I lodged against them. I ended up sending them their receipt back certified along with a letter explaining why I wanted my refund on Sept 28 2011. They (Autopalace) received the request on Sept. 29 2011. I called several times after asking why haven't I received my refund yet. I haven't received the money as of yet. Please, Please, Please think twice three times before going here! Check out the New York Better Business Bureau rating on this dealer and also www dot ripoffreport dot com!!! There's bunch of complaints there on this sheisty operation!!! Do give these crooks any deposit because you will NOT get it back!!! I hope this helps!!! Update 11-10-2011. I finally received the refund for my deposit on 7-18-2011 but only after many many calls. I want be truthful and accurate in my description here. I still will NOT go within 100 MILES NEAR THIS PLACE!!! It's your choice. more

AUTO PALACE IS GRRRRRRRRREAT 7/19/2011

I found it very easy to deal with the folks over at Auto Palace. I never felt pressured when I set foot on the lot. They kept me informed every step of the way of my car buying process. Steve sales person and Angel the Manager took the time to make sure that I understood all that was going on; that I got the best deal possible. The day I picked up the car and signed all the paper work, once again Steve and Angel had everything set up ready to go that way when I walked in the door all I had to do was sign the paper work, make my down payment and drive off the lot. I was allowed to inspect the car before I drove it off the lot . I have a co worker who is also looking for a car and I plan on taking her to Auto Palace. GREAT VALUE ON MY CAR. DEFINITELY WILL RETURN FOR FUTURE BUYS. FABULOUS SERVICE more

I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN INFINITI FX35. THE CAR IS GREAT. SMOOTH DRIVING AND THE INTERIOR IS IN PERFECT CONDITION. I COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE FROM A USED CAR. THE BUYING PROCESS WAS ALSO FANTASTIC. THERE WERE NO HIDDEN FEES, THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING UPFRONT. THEY DID EVERYTHING FOR ME IN-HOUSE INCLUDING REGISTRATION AND FINANCING. THE FINANCE MANAGER JAY WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER PRICE ON MY CAR. AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS YOU HAVE TO HAGGLE FOR HOURS TO GET IT DOWN TO A REASONABLE PRICE, BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE AT AUTO PALACE. CARS ARE ALREADY AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE AND THE RIGHT PRICE. TRYING TO BRING THE PRICE LOWER IS A NON-ISSUE. PERSONALLY I HAVE BAD CREDIT, AND I STILL GOT FINANCED!!!!!! Dont ever go there not even to check the cars because when you there these people will promise you that anything that you dont like from the car will be fixed.. yeah right eventually they did fix it but they lied and used my car while it was supposely being fixed. what happened was i bought the car but the sunroof didnt work nor the driver heated seat. so they said dont worry well fix for you when i took my car to them on tuesday morning they told they will call to pick it up but guess what they call me on friday just to tell me they dont have the piece yet and it is going to take more days and if i want to take the car for the weekend i can go i pick it up so i went over there i when i got in my car there was ashes on all the dashboard like someone was smoking inside but that is not the worst they were over 300 miles they put on my car when i asked this guy angel told me he is going to find out what happen i was so upset not only they didnt do nothing to the car they used my car. i was so pissed. angel toldme he is going to fill my tank as courtasy but i said that wont be enough with over 300 miles more in my car so asked for a least a month free gas. the next week i took my car on tuesday morning they said they cant find the part so they took the car to the infiniti dealer i i got the car on thursday night i went over there sunroof fixed, heated seat fixed when i asked angel for the gas he took 20 dollars from his pocket and he gave it to me and he said that is all that he has and that is all i am going to get and he was with an attitude that it was like he was giving me a favor. when i requested to talked to a manager he said he was in charge and when my wife told him that is not fair, he just walked out literally walked out. i asked the other salesperson if i can speak to somebody else and nobody wanted to help, i was so disappointed with this dealer so please make yourself a favor don't even think about buying there like i did it was a very frustrated and anger experience instead of being a very exited one when you want to buy a car more

we were at the neighberhood, we decided just to go look at the car , my husband did not want to go because he searched them and they did not have any good reviews but since we were right there we went in.\r and i am glad we did, if you dont have a good credit , they are the one to go to , we tried so many other places . we think they are great , we bought 2006 BMW x5 from them and 2 days later our loan was approved they called we went in today and we picked up the BMW and shocking none of those thing that we read about it previously about auto palace its not through and i will recommed it to every one , thank you hector the manager and feix my sales person.\r more

Palace of Liars & Thieves 11/8/2010

I am almost ashame to share this (I couldn;t even tell my wife), but I feel like a total fool. What I thought was a great deal advertised on the internet for a 2008 328i BMW priced at $18,500, turned out to be over $27,000 when I drove out. How did this happen? Stupidity on my part and ruthless greed and chicanery on their part. I gave a hugh down payment. They pounced on that once they had my money. I wanted to pay cash. Same story, ""if you want that price, you have to finance."" Boy, did Jay Torres take me to the cleaners. I had to buy a 5 year warranty which he explained was from BMW costing over $4,500 - it wasn't - it was from DriverZ Edge - a dubious company. The bank fee was over $1500. And I had to buy additional theft protection - which I'm not sure what it covered. I asked to back out, but he pointed to a clause that stated I would lose 35% of the purchase price.\r Imagine that helplessness and the anger I felt. This amoral firm knows no limit to part you with your money. I plan to seek legal remedy in attempt to stop them from hurting other people. They will continue to prey on unsuspecting customers. If you are a victim also, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney office. more

RIP OFF AT AUTO PALACE QUEENS, Can Law Help me??? 9/5/2010

They are the most horrible place to deal with they sell lemon cars for top dollar.They are liars and need to be exposed for the crooks that they are.There cars are unsafe and they steal your money and dont follow the law.The police were called previously and I had to do the same thing over the labor weekend because I am damanding our money back for the lemon cars that they sold us as well as to get title back on my car that traded in 10 hours ago. The officer (police) stated that they are called to this place at least once a week for lemon car sale. The precinct would love to see this place closed down.\r The officer told me if I dont get my title back, I need to call 911 again and Auto Palace will be coffed. For the refund of money, I am advised to go to court - Gosh what a mess an waste of time. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THESE GUYS ARE NOT CAUGHT BY LAW BY NOW????????? \r \r I fiund that city search and IRIPREPORT are full of complaints and few fake reviews by the auto palace.\r I kept presisting to let me test drive but from 3PM t 83oPM, they kept me busy with paper work and then almost forced me to take their car at 830PM as they are closing so that per them I can enjoy my new BMW X5 - what a fool I was who trusted them and took the car without any paper work given to me from them and I gave my trade in BMW's title and down payment of $5000 to them. The moment I started driving home, the engine light went on, the motor light went on, the brake light went on, the tire is about to fly off the car, the driver seet was broken at the left corner and the golve compartment could not be opened and ..........\r I went back the next day to demand my money back and initilally they refuse but I persisted to get my car back. After pressure and threatening that I am going to call Police, they returned my car. Then I went back later to ask for refund and title as he refused that no one with keys is there at that time, they refused for both. Finally I called 911 and two officers came who shocked me by telling that this is a common complaint for them from this Auto Sale store. The manager (Hector) acted cleverly and told all his employees to remain inside or wither away. He said that he tried calling his manager but he is not picking phone as there must be a big barbecue because of labor weekend. Hector told me to come back at 2PM today and police told me that if I dont get tiltle back today, then I MUST call Police and they will cuff him. Today I will go there and will do exactly as mentioned above. Moreover, for refund on money I dont know what will happen.\r This place is a poor excuse for a business.They need to be closed shut down,I need your help and hopefully will contact media too. I work very hard and would not expect a RIP OFF like this.\r I would like to get together with all the other people that they have taken advantage of and file a civil suit against them. Very rude service! Today we came to see our car. The day before we gave a call and representative Tony assured us that car was available. As you can guess the car was sold before, TWO DAYS BEFORE! I GOT RIPPED OFF - JUST A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! 6/23/2010

It took weeks for my cash deposit to be returned. They gave me the runaround, avoided my phone calls, repeatedly lied (saying the rep was not at that location and when I showed up moments later, lo and behold, there he is!). It wasn't until after I made a scene in their lobby, did the manager return the cash to me. The manager was the only helpful, contrite individual at the dealership. I'm eager to payoff what I owe to end any dealings with them.* Pros: THEY ARE GOING DOWN Cons: TOO MANY TO MENTION more
