\r Choose another company!\r \r Scheduled an estimate to finish one side of the house I left out\r when they initially installed the system. The tech came out and when \r he got there he told me he would call me 5 minutes after we hung up\r for the estimate. I got a call 2 hours later. He also told me he would \r leave me an estimate at the door, or email me an estimate. I got neither\r even after calling the office to tell them about it. Be prepared to ge\r the run around (broken promises) when dealing with this company. more

I was having problems with my upstairs patios staining my stucco on my house. After speaking with several people, I was told my home needed gutters to help prevent the staining to continue. \r \r My realtor recommended Austin Gutter King. I called and they sent Alex out to explain their products and work up a quote. After giving me a thorough explanation of their services and making some recommendations, he provided me with what I believed was a fair quote for their business. He assured me that they provided the best quality gutters with the best customer service, and they would stand behind that promise.\r \r Several days later, their installers came out and began putting up the gutters. They worked quickly and did high quality work. The job took two days and once finished, the installers walked us around the property to make sure we were happy with the work. I had one concern about a drain spout that may direct water into my pool. They changed it right there on the spot. I was extremely happy with the installation process. \r \r We only had one slight problem. The morning of the first day, one of the installers dropped his tape measure, and it fell off the roof and through our glass patio table. The installers immediately let their supervisors know of the situation and I received a call letting me know they would make good on the damage. Matt in their office worked with us to find the correct glass for the table, purchase it, and get it shipped here. Then they had someone come out and help us install the glass back into the table. \r \r I wanted to personally recommend Austin Gutter King for the great job they did. The service they stated when they came out to give the estimate is the SERVICE they delivered. I am happy to recommend them to any and all future clients. It is really refreshing to have somebody do what they say, and say what they do!\r more

Austin Gutter King has installed gutters in my house recently. They did a good job. However, I asked them to come back and change some parts of already installed gutters. I was very impressed with the customer service and owner response and his professionalism. Gary, owner of AGK came to my house and changed gutters to my complete satisfaction. Salesman very easy to work with. Work completed in a matter of a few hours, and looks very solidly done. My only complaint was that the scheduling process left a lot up in the air. In the end, though, the time from contract signing to installation was only a matter of days (10, I think), so it wasn't a big deal. I would hire them again. Pros: Quick work. Looks nice. Gary and his team first added gutters to a property of mine in Round Rock. The work was excellent and I had no complaints. A few years later, we purchased a house with some rain gutters already installed. However, we noticed that other parts of the house did not have gutters, and water was all routed to one central location, causing a mess in front of our house. Being a previously satisfied customer, I called Austin Gutter King, and a full external inspection was performed on my house and it was determined the flow of water could be optimized by adding only a few extra gutters to the existing plan. Ryan explained all the processes to me, and even had examples of different size gutters, and other parts that would be used during the installation. I would highly recommend Austin Gutter King. Moving into a new house we needed gutters. We saw that Austin Gutter King was doing some work for some neighbors so we walked over and investigated the job, that is when we met Gary Kulp. Gary proceeded to come by our house and talk about our unique situation(roof line). Gary was/is professional, is solution oriented and stands behind his work 110%. He is responsive and completes the work in a timley fashion. We have been working off and on with Gary over the past 5 years and each time we speak he still remembers our name and location of our home like it was yesterday. Moreover, the company came back and repaired some damage to the roof area when it was unclear if Austin Gutter King's workers caused the damage or if it was caused by another contractor. We recently had gutters installed by Austin Gutter King. Called for an appointment and receptionist was very friendly and courteous. Told us that the rep would call 15 minutes prior to his appt, which he did. He arrived in a small fuel-efficient car (which I appreciated from a green perspective) He was very helpful and showed us all of the sample materials. We chose a style of gutter that he said was installed by only one of their employees. Said that he liked to work alone because he was very particular about his work. We also asked about rainwater collection. He said he could sell us rainwater barrels, but that the better deal would be to purchase them from the City of Austin. He said that he would note which down-spout would have the rainwater barrel and would adjust the height of the spout accordingly. Several weeks later we received a call from the installer, letting us know when he would be out to install. He spent less than a day and the job was done PERFECTLY!! Beautiful craftsmanship! a week or so later the Quality Inspector arranging an appointment to check the installation. He made a slight adjustment to one down-spout and all was done. Every person working for this company was very professional and courteous and the work was fantastic!!! We highly recommend them to anyone seeking to have gutters installed! If you want to deal with an honest guy who follows through on promises, call Gary Kulp, the Austin Gutter King. He and his team recommended their Leaf Proof product for the back gutter on my house at a price that was in the middle of four other competitors. Because of Gary's sales skills and promises of customer satisfaction, I decided to go with his group.\r \r We have not had much rain this year, so I really could not determine if the Leaf Proof was working or not. But Gary kept contacting me by email, and when I told him after a big rain that the Leaf Proof was not working, he and his entire team were going to come out next time it rained to observe why.\r \r Again, we had so little rain, we could not get the timing down on the observation, so I finally was able to observe myself late one night when a storm came. I told Gary about a depressed area on my roof that was channeling water, causing it to spill over the Leaf Proof.\r \r Gary offered to exchange the Leaf Proof in that area for a different product that has small holes in it so the water starts draining before it reaches the gutter edge. He did so on three panels. The new product worked so well the next time it rained, I told Gary that I wished I had gotten it on the entire length. So Gary offered to exchange it, also free of charge. Another installer probably would have charged me extra.\r \r I do not think Gary made as much on my sale as he could have, but customer satisfaction seems more important to him. My only complaints are that I think Gary's team needs to focus on better clean up after the job. Other than that, I'm a really big fan and will have Austin Gutter King do all of my future work. more
