If you want to deal with an honest guy who follows through on promises, call Gary Kulp, the Austin Gutter King. He and his team recommended their Leaf Proof product for the back gutter on my house at a price that was in the middle of four other competitors. Because of Gary's sales skills and promises of customer satisfaction, I decided to go with his group.\r

We have not had much rain this year, so I really could not determine if the Leaf Proof was working or not. But Gary kept contacting me by email, and when I told him after a big rain that the Leaf Proof was not working, he and his entire team were going to come out next time it rained to observe why.\r

Again, we had so little rain, we could not get the timing down on the observation, so I finally was able to observe myself late one night when a storm came. I told Gary about a depressed area on my roof that was channeling water, causing it to spill over the Leaf Proof.\r

Gary offered to exchange the Leaf Proof in that area for a different product that has small holes in it so the water starts draining before it reaches the gutter edge. He did so on three panels. The new product worked so well the next time it rained, I told Gary that I wished I had gotten it on the entire length. So Gary offered to exchange it, also free of charge. Another installer probably would have charged me extra.\r

I do not think Gary made as much on my sale as he could have, but customer satisfaction seems more important to him. My only complaints are that I think Gary's team needs to focus on better clean up after the job. Other than that, I'm a really big fan and will have Austin Gutter King do all of my future work.
