I bought a 2010 Kia Forte Koup here. No pressure. I got the price I'd asked for with no problem. No pressure to buy a lot of add-ons, but they did offer them. Financing was easy ...

Horrible customer service from Donna and dealership management!!! 9/30/2016

I've had to return my vehicle 3x for something faulty that their service department completed. 1st time was improper replacement of my oil filter on my 2014 KIA forte. 2nd time was retuning a tire that the dealership had put a plug in and sold to me as new! Todd the manager gave me credit for the money I spent on a replacement tire from discount tires, a credit to be used towards next service. 3rd most recent time was my last oil change, the dealership had failed to tighten the oil plug to proper torque and plug came out after 900 miles, or a month of local driving. They claimed no responsibility and complete hassle to try and resolve the problem that they caused. The owner did nothing but try and negotiate rates and fees for engine replacement. in the end my insurance did cover the engine replacement and dealership only agreed to pay half of my deductible... DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP WITH ANY WORK!!! I will now take my KIA to Puyallup dealership. My lawyer said there is a law that protect car owners to be able to use other dealerships to maintain warranties. more

SERVICE 7/6/2015

It is frustrating to see Kia service dept has lack of product knowledge or ability to solve customer problems. They sold me a Kia Spectra with a faulty (over reading) speedometer. I also purchased extended warranty on the vehicle. Reported fault but twice the techs said they tested on the freeway and did not detect any fault. Checked with Police and highway speed checkers (digital) and it proved to be 3 miles over for every 20 mph. Kia in Auburn being the dealership I purchased the car from has no idea how to check or fix it nor do they return my call after voicemails left of service manager's vm. Are they hiding from their clients. I guess this car is showing untrue miles on the odometer as well and that may have been the reason why it was traded in and was on their lot. more

Terrible Dealership 8/10/2012

The dealership is old and out of date. It smells, the salesmen (Brent, Fred, Abou,) all of them are sleezy. Everything they say is a lie on the phone, they will tell you one thing and then when you get there the car will be "sold". They do not even have coffee???? WTF is that all about? And when I went I was asked if I wanted a drink from the water fountain? WOW! What a joke. I went next door and bout from Toyota, it was an amazing and friendly experience. Giant of the valley, you need to work on a lot of things, I'm surprised you are still in business. more

Do not buy a car from these people 2/27/2012

I bought a 2012 Optima at the end of December. When paying for the licensing I was told that any monies that I overpay would be returned upon receipt of the plates. When I received the plates, that were less than what I paid, there was no refund. It took several attempts to finally get someone to answer the phone to explain why no refund. The person that did answer was incredibly rude and attempts to contact the General Manager Kirk Romkey were transfered to a generic voice mail number. When I finally got an answer as to why they had not returned the monies owed I was told that they had 30 days, well now were on 60 days with still no refund in sight. Attempts to contact them again have been very difficult and when you finally do get a hold of someone they are very rude. They made a sale but did not make a customer, all they do is steal from you. They are thiefs. more

CROOKS -!!! 8/13/2010

Good: NOTHING. bought a 2007 Forenza in Novemember of 2008 ('09 was now out in other models). They are crooks, they don't stand behind thier product, their words or even thier contracts. BUT.. one can hire an attorney if they are not happy... but if my daughter had money to pay an attorney should wouldn't have been buy a forenza. I understand it is more of one owner car, but it shouldn't break down less than a week after purchase and continue. They don't ever fix the problem. Everything is the air filter they say. Bad: Everything they did from the start of looking for a vehicle. This was for my daughter so financing with her name on it was a little tough. They damaged MY credit report by telling me that it was approved with me as a co-signer, but they said they ran it only one time. This was a lie. They ran my credit report with 24 different companies and then signed us on a contract with one of the highest interest rates. THEN.. I was suppose to be the"co-signer" and they put me as the primary. extended warranty is not. Improvements: They need to fire all the current employees and hire some with some customer service skills.. Once your car is purchased they are completely RUDE. They don't return calls, they blame the cars problems on YOU and the service department is actually WORSE than the sales. We have had the car in there 10 times and half of it they did NO work and said it was normal... when they take it for a 5 minute job they keep it for a week or more before they even start working on it.. Other: They always are out of the "loaner" cars, which my daughter extended warranty is suppose to cover and they will not.. even if they had a car she is not 25 so why would they use that as a benefit in their sales pitch? She will not even be 25 when the car is paid off. Which by the was is a TOTAL LEMON.. bought a brand new car that was still on the lot but almost 2 years old.. NOW I know why. It literally falls apart, you can sit and stare at the car and just about see screws fall off. A forenza is a junk.. more

Fun Fact's You Should Know!! 7/21/2010

Fact: All you need to maintain your cars factory warranty is proof of regular maintenance according to the owner’s manual. Save all of your oil change receipts, service receipts. This dealership does not take any extra time to check anything on your car; they do less than a Jiffy Lube place. The wash and vac “Freebie” is a joke, The factory only requires that the car have it’s regular oil changes and tire rotations until 30K miles, at that time all you need to do is change your oil, read your owners manual! The new cars on the market now only require fluid checks and filter replacement, only the oil in the engine needs it's regulare change. At 60K take your car to a trusted independent shop, they will do more good than harm, plus you don’t have to deal with an ignorant service department. more

Never Buy a Car from this dealer 6/8/2008

Everyone in this dealership are dishonest. they will tell u hundreds of things while selling a car and then once the car is sold, they dont even bother to talk to u. I bought a Used car from this dealer and it stopped working on fourth day itself. I was told they have done all inspection and this car is good to go .. Its safe on roads and have done all vehicle checks and its in good condition. Now this car has stopped working and they were not even willing to repair it. I have lost my money by doing business with this dealer. Please be safe and stay away these guys!!! more

Auburn Valley 8/2/2005

We purchased our Suzuki there about 2 years ago and take it there for our oil changes and to make sure our warranty stays current. We have been hearing some noises coming from the hood and made 2 appointments to get it checked out and to get an oil change while we are there. The first time we had to wait over 1hour even though we had an appointment and they couldn't hear the noise but did the oil change in a timely manner. The second time we didn't have to wait that long for our oil change, they told us our power steering was leaking and they would order the part and call us when it came in, it has been 8 weeks now and still no phone call about the part. We aren't 100% satisfied with their service. more
