Review content:
We purchased our Suzuki there about 2 years ago and take it there for our oil changes and to make sure our warranty stays current. We have been hearing some noises coming from the hood and made 2 appointments to get it checked out and to get an oil change while we are there. The first time we had to wait over 1hour even though we had an appointment and they couldn't hear the noise but did the oil change in a timely manner. The second time we didn't have to wait that long for our oil change, they told us our power steering was leaking and they would order the part and call us when it came in, it has been 8 weeks now and still no phone call about the part. We aren't 100% satisfied with their service.
