We have used Atomic Plumbing for nearly a decade, and we have always been satisfied. Recently, we could not turn off our master shower; water was just coming out of the shower head. I called Atomic Plumbing after-hours (around 6 p.m.) and a technician, Justin D., was at our home within an hour. He was professional, honest, well-spoken, clean, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained possible scenarios to repair the issue, and began work within 15 minutes. He fixed the issue and cleaned up after himself within an hour. I would recommend Atomic Plumbing and Justin to anyone who asks. more

Ryan D. spent over 3 hours fixing a water draining problem. The job was labor intensive and often in tight spaces. He did a great job and we would not hesitate to call him again. We really do appreciate the excellent work he did. more

What most impresses me with the folks I've dealt with at Atomic (today's work by Ryan D.) is how efficient they are. Within two hours Ryan figured out my problem, solved it (he had to pull out my toilet to do some serious snake'ing in the toilet after taking it up to finally find the blockage (a sharpie marker!?!) Then put it all back together as if he was never there. It's peace of mind knowing it is fixed and was done quickly. I'd definitely recommend Atomic. more

James came to my home June 16th to repair and replace my nightmare under the kitchen sink. He replaced the whole drain unit that seemed to leak at every connection. James showed me exactly what he was gonna do and answered every question I had, even the silly ones. His work area was tight but he got the job done in no time. There was no mess to clean up after him because he didn't make one. I have a bath room I want updated and I do hope that James is the tech they send to my home. This was the first time I've used Atomic Plumbing. The Service Pro was Ryan D. After checking the attic, where we could clearly see daylight, Ryan quickly identified the problem as a bad vent flange. He had the part delivered and immediately got on my roof and went to work replacing the vent flange. He even showed me before and after photos. I was very impressed with Ryan's professionalism and get-it-done with excellence attitude. Deana and Melissa at Atomic Plumbing were also extremely helpful and friendly during our telephone calls. We wished to move our water heater from the mud room to the garage and Paul K came out to give us an estimate. He is very personable and answered all of our questions, is very engaging and professional. We chose Atomic Plumbing as they had done great work on a difficult job for a relative. James M and his associate, Paul, showed up promptly and ready for work. Their cuts into the sheet rock were clean, quality of the welds and finish work was top notch. James and Paul are both professionals to a T, very engaging, polite and were not put off by my many inquiries about the work and how it is done. Jimmy came out for a service call on Sunday evening for the pilot light not working on my hot water heater. He checked over the water heater thoroughly and changed out a part. That did not fix the problem we were having. He then discussed with my wife and I all the options we had. From replacing the part which he believes would fix the issue we were having to replacing the 13 year old equipment. He also discussed a tank less water heater as an option. What my wife and I liked most about Jimmy was that we trusted him and he was not trying to hard sell us. When we voiced our concern about his price on the new heater he suggested we call your competitors to see what they charged. We did and you are a little higher but we really trusted Jimmy. Your dispatch called Monday morning to let us know the mechanic would be there shortly. Sean D. WOW! What a professional and very knowledgeable plumber. He explained to us what he was doing and even went above our expectations with installation around the pipe and with the mess we had on the wall where the pipes were coming out of. LOOKS GREAT!!. Him and Scott were AWESOME!! They did a fantastic job, taking pride in their work. Best of all when they were finished, you couldn’t even tell someone had been there working. Hot water heater began leaking overnight. Needed same day service. Called and got tech out within 2 hours. Service was excellent and efficient. Price was a bit high but I was not really in a position to shop around and was worth the extra cost to get fast and friendly service. more
